The government approved the possibility of registering a company without an office
The Minister of Economic Development Maxim Oreshkin announced journalists that government supported the proposal to allow the registration of legal entities that do not have office space. This announcement was made after the presidium of the presidential council on strategic development and priority projects under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The Cabinet of Ministers supported the "proposal to withdraw the obligation of having a physical address for legal entities from the mandatory principle," - Oreshkin claimed (quoted by Interfax).
"We provide organizations with the possibility of registering enterprises without a physical office - either on the basis of a postal box or on the basis of an electronic service," - the minister explained.
In addition, the government decided to abolish the state duty for small and medium-sized businesses for registering new enterprises in electronic form.
Oreshkin specified that the government will develop relevant draft laws in the near future.
