On November 12, 2018, the Russian Technologies Exhibition was presented in Singapore. The exhibition is held at TechPlace II Technopark until November 29.

The exhibition is organized by the Center for Overseas Promotion of Russian High-Tech Companies and the Presentation of investment projects and the Russian-Asian Business Union. The Center was opened in Singapore in December 2017. Its establishment was initiated by the Russian-Singapore Business Council with the support of Rostec State Corporation.

The leaders of Russian and Singaporean companies took part in the opening ceremony of the exhibition. During the East Asian Summit held in Singapore, officials and businessmen from many countries were able to visit the exposition.

The exhibition presents both famous Russian brands and startups. Rostec State Corporation is the largest partner of the exhibition. Schwabe that is the largest Russian optical holding is a well-known international company. Russian Electronics holding is also one of the main partners of the exhibition that is the key player in the Russian electronic market and its products are supplied to more than 30 countries, including South-East Asian countries. RT-Chemcomposite holding company is also a participant of the exhibition. It is one of the leading innovative companies in the field of chemistry and composite materials and a leader in the production of polymer composites in Russia.

Separate showcases are represented by enterprises and organizations, and collected under the auspices of the Moscow Government and the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF). RDIF, together with leading investors in the world, makes direct investments in promising Russian companies. "Invest in Russia” investment center operates in the regions of Russia under the auspices of the RDIF.

USAR+ showcase presents interesting solutions in the field of telemedicine and remote breast cancer screening. The company is one of the leading Russian suppliers, developers and integrators of information systems and equipment in healthcare. In addition, the exhibition introduces the products and technological solutions of such Russian companies and organizations as Russian Helicopters, Electronic Equipment Concern, Technodynamics, United Engine Corporation, Tekhmash, NEVZ-Keramix, Nizhny Novgorod Region Industry Complex (GAZ Group, PROMAVTO Group LLC, Gidromash OJSC), the Development Fund for the Far East (BMPower Modernized Battery System, "Greenbar" seed growing system) and others.

In addition to Russian companies, a few Singaporean companies represented implemented joint projects with the support of the Center. Their list includes Singapore-based vCargo Cloud, a leading provider of information and communication technology solutions and services in Asia, and MicePad, a Singapore-based startup supported by the Government of Singapore. This is a platform to help organize events, exhibitions, conferences and business negotiations, streamline the flow of visitors and their virtual communication. Currently, the solution is entering foreign markets.

"Singapore is one of Russia's main foreign economic partners in Southeast Asia. Russian-Singapore Business Council is a mechanism that allows Russian companies to strengthen their presence as well as promote their promising solutions in the region,” Nikolai Volobuev, chairman of RSBC, deputy general director of Rostec State Corporation said. "Strengthening cooperation with Singapore in the field of high technologies is the priority for Rostec."

"Southeast Asian countries are interested in expanding and deepening their cooperation with Russian companies, and Singapore has created some of the best conditions in the world for business development," Sergey Pronin, Executive Director of RSDS, said in his opening speech.

When the exhibition is over, it will be transformed into a permanent showroom exhibition of Russian technologies and will constantly change according to the industry trends.
