The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs – "Atameken” - eliminated membership fees for small businesses for 3 years. This decision was made at the Congress of the organization.

Since the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atamken” was established, the representatives of large and medium-sized businesses have been its main contributors consisting of 22,000 business entities. All the other members, amounting more than 980,000 business entities, were exempted from paying membership fees for 5 years. These are mainly individual entrepreneurs, agricultural and farm households.

In 2015, the Chamber revised the approaches to mandatory membership fees. Their sizes were reduced and differentiated. Organizations involving disabled people in their operational work were fully exempted from the payment of membership fees. As a result, total liabilities were reduced by 2 times. At the same time, members of "Atameken” have become equal in their rights regardless of the size of business and payment of membership fees, enjoying with the use of NCP services with equal intensity.

Eldos Ramazanov, the member of the management board of NCP "Atameken", highlighted that transparent systems of distribution and control over the use of funds allowed the Chamber to ensure economical and deficit-free budget execution, thus, there is no need to create additional financial burden on small businesses at the moment.

"Such an approach will allow establishing long-term partnership relations between the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs and business entities," - Eldos Ramazanov commented.

The participants of the Congress fully supported the proposal to eliminate membership fees for small businesses for 3 years.
